"Business Location Incentive for Specially Designated Areas" Program Image of Location
Targets Any company (SME and large ones) interested in Yokohama as business location
Conditions

1) Companies have to set up business in specially designated areas.

2) The capital invested has to be within a specified range (depending on size of company and business sector )

Subsidy

1) Office & Factory: 8% of invested capital, R&D Center: 10% of invested capital (Max. ¥ 1 billion)

2) 50% reduction of City Taxes (for 5 years)
